How You Can Contribute

The Impact You Will Make

As our new Electricity Operations Associate, you will play a key role in both driving exceptional customer experiences and streamlining our back-office operations. Working closely with Reel’s VP of Electricity Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers experience a world-class service level while building the scalable processes that support our growth. You will be instrumental in onboarding new customers, resolving customer inquiries, managing billing and invoicing, and identifying process improvements that ensure operational excellence across the organization.

What You Will Work On

• Customer Onboarding: Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding of signed deals, setting the stage for long-term success and customer satisfaction.
• Billing & Invoicing: Oversee the processing of automated billing while ensuring that invoices remain accurate, compliant, and reconciled across our financial and operational systems.
• Customer Support: Serve as the first line of communication for customer inquiries and support requests, utilizing your strong communication skills (fluent in Danish & English!) to independently resolve issues and provide expert guidance.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve day-to-day processes, advocate process automation and support the internal organization on operations-related matters.

How You Can Thrive In This Role

You are passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences and driving operational excellence in a green energy company. With a keen interest in renewable energy and sustainability, you are motivated to use your skills to contribute to a cleaner, greener future.

You could come from different backgrounds, and probably have between 0-5 years of professional working experience. We don’t require you to have previous experience from the energy industry, however, we consider it as a plus.
