How You Can Contribute
The Impact You Will Make
As our new Sales Development Representative, you will be directly working with Martin, our VP Sales. Your main responsibilities being centered around accelerating sales efforts, you will help companies achieve lower electricity costs and drive real climate impact.
What You Will Work On
- Own the first stage of our sales process by engaging in proactive prospecting and outreaches (one-to-one and at scale).
- Conduct initial conversations with decision-makers and spark interest in our product offering.
- Respond to early-stage customer inquiries, filter promising leads, and schedule follow-up meetings for our sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to continuously improve our outreach and sales processes.
- Maintain and update CRM data to ensure a smooth, efficient, and transparent sales pipeline.
- Research target companies and key stakeholders to tailor outreach and messaging.
- Experiment with and optimize outreach strategies across email, phone, and social channels to improve conversion rates.
How You Can Thrive In This Role
You are enthusiastic about having a real impact on climate change. You do not need to have prior knowledge about renewables, PPAs, or electricity - just a passion for technology and making a difference, and a willingness to grow.
In addition, you will have some (not necessarily all) of the following traits:
- Important: You are fluent in Danish and English.
- A strong personal drive to build meaningful relationships with new people in order to accelerate the energy transition.
- Outgoing personality, willing to pick up the phone, enjoy sales.
- Genuine interest in and curiosity about climate action and renewable energy.
- Entrepreneurial personality with a passion for technology.
- Professional experience with sales or business development activities is a plus.
