Reel empowers companies to move beyond climate commitments and achieve real-world carbon reductions, by bridging the gap between renewable energy producers and consumers.
Join our mission-driven, cross-disciplinary team of developers, builders, and climate experts working to accelerate the transition to a net-zero economy.
How You Can Contribute
As our new Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the engine behind Reel's commercial performance. Working closely with our commercial leadership team, you will build and own the systems, processes, and insights that allow our sales and account management teams to operate at their best — from the very first outreach to long-term customer success.
This is a role for someone who loves bringing order to complexity, gets excited by clean data and sharp dashboards, and understands that a well-oiled revenue machine is just as important as the people running it. You will be the connective tissue between our sales, supply, operations, tech, and sustainability teams — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and everything moves forward with intention.
What You Will Work On
Own the pre-sales engine — design and optimise the systems, cadences, and processes that power the sales team's outreach and lead generation, and track conversion performance across the funnel and per individual.
Drive process discipline — champion CRM hygiene, govern the Sales Playbook, and own our sales enablement stack (HubSpot, Risika, Digital Sales Room, AI meeting notes, and more).
Power our forecasting — build the logic behind pipeline forecasting, ensure deal data integrity, and own KPI dashboards covering activity, conversions, revenue, and performance trends.
Support post-sales success — monitor churn risk, track renewals, surface upsell opportunities, and oversee a structured business review cadence tailored to each customer segment.
Connect the dots internally — act as the bridge between sales, supply, tech, operations, and sustainability, ensuring commercial context flows freely across the organisation.
How You Can Thrive In This Role
You are someone who finds genuine satisfaction in making systems work beautifully. You care deeply about data integrity, process clarity, and enabling the people around you to do their best work. You are equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and in a strategic conversation.
You'll thrive here if you bring:
Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a B2B environment — ideally as the first RevOps hire at a scaling startup, or in a role where you built the function largely from scratch.
Strong command of CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot — you know what good looks like and you know how to get there.
A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to build dashboards, models, and reports that people actually use.
Experience owning or contributing to sales processes, playbooks, and enablement tools.
A natural instinct for cross-functional collaboration — you enjoy being the connective tissue between teams.
Clear, confident communication skills — you can translate operational complexity into straightforward recommendations.
An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity; we are still building, and you will help shape what this function looks like.
A genuine interest in the energy transition and the role clean electricity plays in getting us there.
