Role & Responsibilities @ Reel

  • Co-founder and CTO. I’m heading the technical and product work at Reel, including our customer-facing platform, internal tooling, and data platform.

Educational background

  • BSc Eng in Software Technology from the Technical University of Denmark with an exchange semester at the National University of Singapore.

Previous experience

  • I’ve worked in a number of positions within data science and software engineering. During my studies, I worked as a data scientist at Flex Funding, then moved into a software engineering position at the marketing automation startup Confect, working both on platform building and deep learning for image processing.

Because I’m deeply passionate about building products from the ground up and want to use that passion for solving the challenge of our generation, climate change.

Reel is creating a new way of buying electricity to accelerate the renewable energy transition. We are on a mission to empower companies to make a positive difference for climate through the electricity they buy. Reel enables all companies to enter a new type of electricity contract (Power Purchase Agreement) that reduces CO₂ emissions by adding new renewable electricity to the grid.
